The Bourjois ColourBoost Lip Crayons are some of my favourite alternatives to the Clinique Chubby Sticks but I don't think I've ever done a stand alone post on them. I also don't think they get enough praise in the beauty community which is odd because they're really lovely.
The formula is really moisturising and glossy yet these lip crayons pack a punch in terms of pigment. They offer a high shine finish and the colour, whilst somewhat bold, is very wearable. The lasting power is quite decent for such a glossy finish. The bolder colours last a little bit longer than the more neutral colours. All in all, I'd say they last 2-3 hours on the lips. It's not long, but they're so easy to reapply that you don't even need a mirror.
I have three shades; Red Sunrise, Fuchsia Libre and Peach on the Beach. Red Sunrise is pink based red, Fuchsia Libre is, as the name would suggest, a beautiful fuchsia. Peach on the Beach is a hard colour to describe. It's a bit of a creamy peachy orangey colour that looks particularly good with a tan.

All the lip crayons have SPF 15 which is really rare for a drugstore lipstick. It's nice to know that I'm protecting my lips from the harmful rays when I'm wearing them. They melt onto the lips and offer a very smooth application. The Bourjois ColourBoost Lip Crayons are some of my favourite lip crayons out there. They're beautifully glossy, offer decent colour pay off and are a bit of a bargain at £7.99 each.
What are your thoughts on the Bourjois ColourBoost Lip Crayons?
