Any sponsored posts (posts where I have received monetary payment for the content) will be clearly marked as #AD at the beginning and end of said post. I will clearly mark any sponsored content on social media in the same way.

Any affiliate links will be clearly marked with #AF next to them. Affiliate links are where I receive a small commission if you buy a product through a link I have shared on my blog or social media platforms.

If I link to a product that I have been gifted or sponsored, it will be a 'no follow' link as per ASA guidelines. 

Any discount codes that I have received as compensation or as a gift on behalf of a brand or PR, will be clearly marked as such. 

Any PR samples with be clearly marked as *Gifted next to the name of the product. If I go on to repurchase a product I have previously been sent, I will state it in the relevant post. If I go on to purchase a different product from a brand I have worked with in the past, I will state our previous relationship within the body of text of the relevant post on my blog and social media platforms.

 

If I am sent a PR sample or am gifted a product by a brand or PR, it does not guarantee a post on any of my platforms.  

 

I always post honest and unbiased content, regardless of my relationship with a brand or PR. Please note that a product that works for me, may not work for you. Where possible, test it on yourself before purchasing.
