Monthly Roundup: September 2017

The Ordinary Plant Derived Squalane, The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid, Hourglass Strobe Lighting Blushes

It's time for me to roundup everything I've been loving through September. Let's get straight to it!

Hourglass Ambient Strobe Lighting Blush Palette:

This is probably my most used palette of the past few months. It's all I reach for at the moment because the combination of blushes is so well thought out. You can use them individually, or you can use them in combination with each other. I love how finely milled and soft focus they are. Brilliant Nude is my current favourite, it's a silky bronze which gives a natural glow to the cheeks. Although the palette isn't available anymore, you can buy the blushes individually.

The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5:

If you have dry or dehydrated skin, this is the best product for you. Hyaluronic Acid is great for hydrating the skin, but The Ordinary's offering is so much more than what meets the eye. The clever (and unique) formula means that it doesn't sit on the skin like other similar products. It gets fully absorbed so it can hydrated deep down. It really does work. It's like a warm hug of hydration for my dehydrated skin.

The Ordinary Plant Derived Squalane:

I really love this product. It's replaced every other night time moisturiser because it's just that much better, for much less money. It's hydrating but not greasy and feels really nourishing on the skin. It's great if you have any dry patches too.

Doctor Foster:

I've finally started watching Doctor Foster and my goodness is it a rollercoaster. If you don't know already, it's about a doctor who finds out her husband has been having an affair. It delves into the ramifications of said affair on their family and friends. Each episode leaves me on the edge of seat and the acting is incredible.

Laurzrah:

Laura is my blogger of the month. Her blog Laurzrah is amazing. She covers all things beauty and her photography is just gorgeous. I love her photos as they're really unique and I just think she's so talented. Go check her out!

Another month gone. Can you believe it's already October?!

What have you been loving recently?
