My French Pharmacy Picks #2

The second instalment of My French Pharmacy Picks couldn't be more perfectly timed because Escentual is currently running their third off offer. So if you fancy any new French pharmacy skincare, now's the time to get it!

Vichy Double Glow Peel Mask (£14):

If you're after an exfoliating mask, that won't break the bank, Vichy's Double Glow is the one for you. The mask contains AHAs and Volcanic Rock to gently remove dead dull skin and reveal a smooth radiant complexion. It's very similar to the REN Glycolactic Radiance Renewal Mask.

Nuxe Reve De Miel Lip Balm (£9.50):

I've been using this lip balm for years because it's extremely hydrating. It's very thick, but also very comfortable to wear. It's so nourishing and really helps my lips during the colder months. I think what's very unique about it, is that it has a semi matte finish, so you can wear it under any lipstick.

Vichy Aqualia Thermal Riche Cream (£18):

This is my go to daily moisturiser. Despite being really hydrating and nourishing, it feels so lightweight. It's the perfect everyday cream to finish off my skincare routine in the morning. It's fuss free and it does exactly what is says on the tub.

La Roche Posay Toleriane Eye Contour Cream* (£14.90):

I've tried a lot of eye creams, some very expensive and this one is still one of the best. The Toleriane range by La Roche Posay is designed for people with very sensitive intolerant skin. The entire range is fragrance free and doesn't contain any main allergens. The eye cream is no different. It has a lightweight fluid texture that's a dream to use under the eyes. Even if you don't have sensitive skin, this one is still worth a try. It's a good one for summer and is really soothing if you have hay fever. I also recommend it for younger skin because it's a really great starting point when you want hydration, without all the anti ageing stuff of other eye creams.

All four of these French pharmacy picks are regulars in my skincare rotation. In fact, I'm pretty sure I have back ups for all of them!

What French pharmacy products do you recommend?
