New to the Drugstore: L'oreal Colour Riche Mono Eyeshadows

If there's one thing missing from the drugstore, it's decent eyeshadows. The new L'oreal Colour Riche Mono Eyeshadows do not disappoint.

These eyeshadows are incredibly smooth, buttery and pigmented. I cannot explain how soft and smooth they are. If you have swatched them in store, then you'll know what I'm talking about. The quality of these is definitely on par with Urban Decay. They are also great for beginners because they blend so beautifully with each other.

I have four shades:
(Swatched left to right Nude 200 Over the Taupe, Nude 201 Cafe Saint Germain, Matte 106 Breaking Nude and Matte 107 Macaron Vanille)

I love all four shades, but I am most impressed with the matte shades. The drugstore severely lacks decent matte eyeshadows so these are a welcome addition. All of the eyeshadows last well on the lid, even without a primer. The price point is great too, each eyeshadow is only £5.49. My only gripe is that there isn't a medium matte brown for the crease. Breaking Nude is great for the crease but it is very cool toned. If there was a warmer matte brown in the line, then these would be perfect.

To sum up, these are fantastic eyeshadows. They're pigmented, long lasting and the colours are gorgeous!

What are your favourite shades?

Thanks for reading,
Avani
