Tried and Tested: Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer

I finally managed to get hold of the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer! About damn time too. This has been a seriously hyped up product and I'm going to tell you my thoughts.

This concealer does exactly what it says on the tin (or tube). It's creamy and radiant but it doesn't highlight blemishes. For such a high coverage concealer, it doesn't feel cakey or heavy, even under my eyes.

As you know, I have dry skin so concealer usually doesn't sit well on top of it. However, this one just blends beautifully and sits really well on the skin. It just gives the most flawless effect but still looks natural.

I dot the product using the applicator under my eyes and on any blemishes, then blend it either with my fingers or with a fluffy brush. I cannot get over how easily this blends in. I'm used to using Mac Studio Finish Concealer which is ok but I find it really hard to blend and work into the skin. The Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer on the other hand is so easy to use.

It has a pretty large shade range too so I think there's a good chance of finding your colour. I wear the shade 'Biscuit' which is the perfect match for me. If you're wondering whether it will suit a more oiler skin type then I think it will. I've used it on my mum who has combination/oily skin and it worked just as well for her. She also got a lot of compliments when she wore it!

Now I'm just going to mention the price- it's £22. I know that is expensive for a concealer but I  really do recommend it. If you are looking for a high end concealer then check this one out. I also want to give an honourable mention to the SpaceNK in Guildford where I bought this. The ladies in the store were so lovely so if you're in the area, I highly recommend that SpaceNK.

I can see myself repurchasing this concealer but I would like to try others first because this is pretty pricey.

Have you got any concealer recommendations?

Thanks for reading,
Avani

(P.S. I will be away from tomorrow for a couple of weeks but I am going to stick to my posting schedule. If a post doesn't go up when it's supposed to then please bear with me- I have no idea what my internet connection will be like!)
