The First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads may just be the best thing since sliced bread. Or Friends. I haven't quite decided yet.
Recently my skin has been looking and feeling a bit dull. It's been dry and dehydrated, yet I've been breaking out like crazy. I'm sure it's something to do with the detox stage of my treatment but none of my go to products were doing anything. Everything I was using just seemed to sit on top of the skin as opposed to sinking in. Cue the First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads.
These rather magical toning pads are soaked in a solution containing both Lactic and Glycolic acids which not only exfoliate the skin, but condition it and balance the pH respectively. To use, simply swipe the pad over the face, flip it over and repeat.

I use one pad every night after cleansing and before using my Serozinc. It removes all the dead skin that's been accumulating and leaves the skin feeling incredibly smooth and soft. Within two days of using these, my skin felt so much less dry. Because it's removing all those dead skin cells, whatever I use on top, really sinks into the skin instead of just sitting on top of it.
I've been using these for at least a month and the general appearance of my skin has massively improved. My pores are smaller, blemishes don't stick around and scars are fading. I am honestly amazed by how well these toning pads work. If I don't use them, even for a couple of days, my skin just doesn't look or feel quite 'right.' Having already finished the first pot, I'm now onto my second.
The tub contains 60 pads and is £22. That does sound quite pricey, but if you use one pad a day, it should last you a couple of months.
I highly recommend this for everyone, even sensitive skins. It's a brilliant everyday gentle exfoliator that makes your skin look and feel healthy. You can get them at Feel Unique and Beauty Bay.
What's your favourite daily exfoliator?
Thanks for reading,
