The Perfect Contour for Fair Skin

I don't have fair skin. That's pretty obvious if you've ever seen a picture of me. However, I understand the struggle to find a good contour shade. You don't want anything too warm with an orange undertone but you also don't want anything too ashy and muddy.

Enter Urban Decay's 'Naked' eyeshadow. A matte cool toned light brown that is perfect for even the fairest of complexions. It's not too ashy but it doesn't contain any orange undertones. Being Urban Decay, it's very pigmented but blends out beautifully. It's a really fool proof shade to use.

I've used this on friends who have fair skin and it's worked perfectly for creating not only a crisp contour, but also a very natural contour. Since it's a very light shade, you can build it up or sheer it out to your desired intensity. I recommend using the Real Techniques Duo Fibre Contour Brush for this because it blends the product out seamlessly.

So, if you have very fair skin and are looking for that perfect contour shade, give Urban Decay's 'Naked' eyeshadow a try.

Thanks for reading,

(P.S You can buy this as an individual eyeshadow if you don't have the Naked palette.)

    1. I know! Usually contour powders are really strong and difficult to blend. This one is perfect- pigmented but easy to blend.
