Since my last Autumn makeup look was a smoky eye, I thought it was only fair for me to create a more daytime appropriate look.
Eyes:
I decided for the eyes, I was going to go down the whole warm bronze route. To do this, I used the Maybelline Colour Tattoo in 'On and On Bronze' and applied it to the lid only. I built it up quite a bit, using about 3 light layers. I then blended the edges out with the Real Techniques Base Shadow brush. Using the same brush, I applied the MaxFactor single eyeshadow in 'Golden Bronze' on top of the colour tattoo. I built this up quite a bit, but you can apply as much or as little as you want. You can tailor the intensity of the look to your own preference.
To define the eyes a little bit more, using a fluffy brush, I applied a touch of my bronzer into my crease. This helps to warm up the look and blend everything together. I then went in with a clean blending brush, and softened any harsh lines. To balance out the look, I used a bronze eyeliner on the lower lashline and really blended it into the lashes. I also applied the same liner to the outer part of my upper lashline and blended it into the lashes again.
I really wanted to add a bit of colour to the look so I used the Maybelline Colour Tattoo in 'Metallic Pomegranate' on an angled brush and lined very close to my lashes on the upper lashline. The camera isn't picking this up very well, but in real life, you can just see a bit of purple popping through. I love the way this looks and if you have brown or green eyes, it going to really bring out the colour. To finish off the eyes, apply plenty of mascara.
I did highlight the brow bone using a matte cream eyeshadow and for the inner corner I used The Balm's Mary Loumanzier.
Face:
For the face, use whatever you would normally wear. I didn't do anything fancy, I just stuck to my everyday makeup routine.
In case you're interested, here's what I wore:
Base- Laura Mercier Silk Cream Foundation and Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer
Blush- Sleek 'Pink Parfait'
Bronzer- Bourjois Chocolate Bronzer (original)
Contour- Natural Collection 'Crushed Walnut'
Highlight- The Balm's Mary Loumanizer

I've got two lip options for this look, both using the Rimmel Kate Moss Matte Lipstick in 107. For the first option, I dabbed the lipstick onto the lips, blended it with my finger and blotted. Repeat the step to create a beautiful berry stain. The second lip option is to top it with a gloss. I used the Laura Mercier Lipgloss in 'Bare Pink' to tone it down. Both of these lip options bring out the purple eyeliner and tie the makeup together.
