Tried and Tested: Bioderma Photoderm Max SPF 50

I was in the market for a new face SPF last month, so I opted for Bioderma because I know it's a great brand for sensitive skin. 

I chose their Photoderm MAX SPF 50 (£13.90) because it's specifically for dry skin which you know is the bane of my life. This is very lightweight and hydrating. It blends into the skin beautifully and doesn't leave behind any kind of white tint or cast. In theory, it's the perfect sun cream, except for the fact it breaks me out! I am so disappointed that it broke me out because aside from that, it's perfect. The price point is fantastic and although it's a small tube, it's perfect to throw in your beach bag. 

I didn't burn whilst wearing it and reapplying it was very easy because it doesn't leave a white cast. You don't have to spend five minutes rubbing your face like crazy! 

Despite my issues with it, I would recommend giving this a go if you have dry skin because although it broke me out, it might not break you out. Everyone's skin is different and I can't find anything else wrong with it. Unfortunately for me, it's goodbye to this suncream. The hunt for a breakout free SPF continues....
