Tried and Tested: Bioderma Micelle Solution

So I'm sure we've all seen this beauty before; the famous bottle with a pink top. There is no doubt that Bioderma Micelle Solution (£4.50-£14.50) is a cult product. It's been making the rounds on blogs and Youtube videos for the past few years and has been a must have in makeup artists' kit for even longer.

The idea behind this product is genius. A water like liquid that removes makeup and cleanses the skin gently. It has no smell and it great for sensitive skin. I use it remove my makeup by soaking a cotton round and sweeping it all over the face, including my eyes. It's doesn't irritate or dry my skin out at all. It's quick and easy and breaks everything down.

It doesn't remove really heavy liner, especially if you've lined very close to the lash line, but everything else, Bioderma can remove it. It's also great to have around if you are doing winged liner. Just soak a cotton swab to clean up the edges of the flick. I can not tell you how many times this has saved my look!

This used to be a product that was very difficult to get your hands on but now it's becoming more and more available, especially in the UK. I got mine when a couple of my friends went to Paris but you can now buy it easily from Escentual.com and some pharmacies in London.

I'm really intrigued to try other products from Bioderma because they did such a great job with this one. Most skincare brands now have a micellar water in their line up but I've never strayed from Bioderma. I've had mine for just under a year, and I still haven't finished the bottle. This is definitely worth checking out if you haven't already. The price is great too!

What are your thoughts on Bioderma Micelle Solution? Have you tried anything else from the brand?

Thanks for reading,
Avani
