Disappointing Products

I feel really bad writing this post. I hate it when I buy a product and end up not liking it. However, I think it might help you if you're thinking about buying any of them. Quick disclaimer, these are my honest opinions and if any of these products work for you then I'm sorry I don't like them. It just goes to show that everyone reacts differently to different products. 



Enough rambling, onto the first failure; the Tresemme Texture Style Backcomb Dust. This is rubbish! I've tried to find good things about this but I just can't. It doesn't give you volume, it doesn't give you texture but it does give you a tangled sticky horrible mess! My mum has also used this and we both agree that it sucks. I know these sorts of products make your hair tangled but this doesn't even give you volume so what's the point? Anyway, there are much better powders and sprays out there so avoid this one.

Now the next product maybe a little controversial. The L'oreal Glam Shine Stain Splash Lip Stains and I did not get along. I have two colours which are beautiful and the theory behind this is fantastic but the actual product- meh. For the life of me, I cannot apply it. I've tried and tried but I just can't. They go patchy and gather at the corners of my mouth (hello unattractive) and are just a mess. If you know how to apply them properly then please tell me because I'm not ready to give up on them. They feel really weird on my lips too and just don't look right!

I had hopes for the Dove Refresh and Care Dry Shampoo after hearing so many people rave about it. Sadly, it did nothing for me, in fact, it made my hair greasier. I'm not a fan of the scent either, it's very overpowering.

So that's it really. It's not a long list but hopefully it can help you. Please let me know if you have found a way for any of these products to work for you- I'm willing to give them another go.
