I've seen the Blush Addict Tag on some of my favourite blogs so I thought today I'd give it a go.
- What colour blush suits you the most? I think deep pinks suit me the best because they are the most natural on my skin tone. I also love really warm terracotta blushes like Ginger Pop by Clinique.
- Pressed/cream or loose blush? Pressed for convenience, but I do love a good cream blush.
- What's your favourite shimmery blush? Mac's Peachykeen is my favourite shimmery blush because it's really sheer but you can build it up to a pretty peachy flush with a golden shimmer.
- What's your favourite matte blush? The Sleek Blush by 3 palette in Pink Sprint. All 3 blushes are completely matte and I love mixing them to create the perfect flush. It's actually a really good palette for makeup artists because each shade of pink caters for different skin tones.
- What's your favourite cream blush? Revlon Charmed Enchantment. The formula is great for all skin types because it's not dewy but still offers a bit of glow to the cheeks.
- What's your favourite drugstore blush? Max Factor Alluring Rose. You can pair it with any look and it will suit it. It warms up the complexion whilst adding a bit of colour and because it contains a slight shimmer, it makes you look healthy and glowing.
- What's your favourite high end blush? Clinique Cheek Pop in Ginger Pop. The colour, the formula, the packaging. Everything about this blush is beautiful.
- What's your favourite bright brush? Definitely the same Sleek Blush by 3 Palette in Pink Sprint. All three shades are very pigmented and quite bright. I think my favourite one is 'Pink Parfait' because it's really uplifting.
- Your biggest blush disappointment? Sleek Pomegranate because it is way too shimmery. Even with a light hand, it makes me look like I've got a glittery rash. That's definitely not the look I'm going for!
- Best packaging? Clinique Cheek Pops because they are small and look beautiful. I would say the Sleek single blushes because the are just as tiny and have a mirror but they are so difficult to open.
- What's on your blush wish list? The Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blushes. They look incredible but they have a not so incredible price tag attached! I can't see myself splurging on them anytime soon unless they release their palette again.
- What is your #1 Holy Grail blush? Sleek Flushed is my all time favourite. It's my perfect blush; a very natural deep pink with a hint of mauve. It's a very creamy and easy to blend powder blush that lasts ages on the skin.
I love this tag. Blush is one of my favourite parts of makeup. It instantly adds life to the face and I love experimenting with different shades and textures. If you haven't already, I tag all of you to give this one a go!
