The Max Factor Miracle Touch Creamy Blush in Soft Pink (£6.99) has been recommend by countless beauty bloggers. It's a very hyped about blush so naturally, I gave in and finally purchased it.
I have to say, it's a lovely blush. I love the formula as it's exactly what I want it to be. Very creamy and quite wet making it a dream to blend. I like that it takes a few seconds for it to set so you can really work it into the skin. The texture is just perfect; it's a true cream blush. The shade Soft Pink is what you would expect. It's a soft pink that would suit most skin tones. It's very natural and whilst pigmented, you can sheer it out to almost nothing.
It doesn't last all day on me, usually only about 3-4 hours but that really doesn't bother me. Since it's so easy to blend and is really dinky, I have no issue with re applying it throughout the day. I like to use fingers with this blush because the warmth from the fingers helps melt the product into the skin. I do like to go over the edges with a brush though, just to make sure there are no harsh lines. Despite being tiny in size, the Real Techniques Stippling Brush fits perfectly if you want to apply it with a brush. I must admit that I didn't like this on the lips. It settles into the lines and doesn't look very flattering on me. Again, that's not a major issue because I did buy this for the cheeks.
I'm really happy with this blush and it's definitely worth the hype. I'm interested in other shades too. I think a warm orange toned shade in this formula would be particularly stunning on darker skin tones.
